Position Overview:
RiverRecycle is looking for a Sales Marketing Manager (B2B) to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. This role is crucial for creating and implementing local marketing campaigns that align with our global marketing strategy, developing impactful materials and content, and engaging with the community and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, engaging in direct sales, supporting our sales managers, and generating reports focusing on sustainability impact. We are seeking a candidate who is independent, has a growth mindset, is proactive, and is effective in an international remote work environment.
Objectives of this role
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Support and participate in sales activities and drive collaboration with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring communications and messaging align in all channels and with the global strategy goals.
- Create engaging materials and content directed to support marketing and sales initiatives.

- Build and maintain relationships with community members and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Design, launch, and monitor go-to-market (GTM) campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Participate in direct sales activities and support our sales managers in B2B efforts.
- Produce comprehensive marketing reports highlighting sustainability impact and campaign performance.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Collaborate effectively with a global team, contributing to a cohesive and coordinated effort.
- Operate efficiently in a remote working environment, demonstrating independence and initiative.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on B2B markets (B2G is a plus).
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Pipedrive or equivalent).
- Proficiency with online marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online marketing platforms.
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Filipino. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to driving impactful change.
